This shot was taken this past summer at the Park at the Mall of America.
Don't think I've mastered this technique yet, but this is the closest I've gotten to getting motion to work will following the subject with the camera.
I think OhPrincess2 is gonna bend that bar...

it's a tough technique. one that i've only tried a couple times with very limited 'success'
